Shipping Policy
Every SHORE order is carefully packaged and shipped with a tracking number.
Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays
- Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time
Estimated Delivery Time
- Israel: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International orders: 7–15 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal services
Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available
- All domestic and international orders are shipped with tracking

- Rates may vary depending on the destination and total order weight
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or handling fees imposed by the destination country
- Any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
- SHORE does not control these charges or customs processing times
Delays
- Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, weather, limited flight availability or high shipping volumes
- Delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you in investigating the shipment
Shipping Address
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order
- If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible
- Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed
- Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer
Multiple-Item Orders
- Each jewelry piece is individually packaged in its own SHORE jewelry box
- Multiple pieces purchased in the same order will normally be shipped together in one tracked parcel
