  • “Business days” refers to Sunday through Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate

Products

  • SHORE creates handmade and individually assembled jewelry inspired by the sea
  • Many pieces contain individually selected materials, making each piece unique
  • Unless otherwise stated on the product page, customers will receive the specific piece shown in the product photographs
  • Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and device display
  • Product measurements, materials and care instructions are provided on the relevant product page
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed

Orders

  • Orders may be placed through the website at any time, subject to product availability
  • An order is confirmed after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or an error in the order information
  • If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method
  • We may limit the quantity of products purchased in a single order when reasonably necessary

Prices and Payments

  • Product prices are displayed on the website and may appear in different currencies depending on the customer’s location or selected market
  • The final price, currency, shipping cost and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed
  • International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by their country
  • Customs duties and import charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout
  • Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers
  • SHORE does not directly store full credit card details
  • We may update product prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to the destination, postal service, customs processing and circumstances outside our control
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

Returns and Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible
  • Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return, subject to applicable law

Promotional Communications

  • Placing an order does not automatically subscribe the customer to promotional emails
  • Promotional messages will only be sent to customers who have separately agreed to receive them, where consent is required
  • Customers may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time
